Starfall: The Intrepid – The heroes are crew on board the Starship Intrepid. A newly commissioned craft with a newly commissioned crew of several hundred. Under the command of Captain Edari, the ship has been tasked to venture beyond the borders of Polarian Space to encounter new allies and warn the alliance of new enemies.
This is a Campaign Playtest series with the following cast:

Captain Fang Edari
Tactician (Actor: Rich)
Race: Breegan
Skilled in Diplomacy, Tactics, A Variety of Ship Operations
Brief Background:
From the Breegan homeworld, Captain Edari was recently promoted after serving as the first officer on the PASN Astron.
Gunnery Sgt. Aiden Popkiss
Ranged (Actor: MFogg)
Race: Colonial Human
Skilled in an assortment of vehicle operations, and combat procedures.
Brief Background:
Set up by a rival Lt. to face charges of failing to carry out orders, despite the orders being that to kill innocent civilians. Popkiss has been demoted and sent away from his command.
Corporal Bruuk
Scrapper (Actor: Eusi)
Race: Felorian
Skilled in Felorian Guerilla warfare.
Brief Background:
Bruuk served in the Felorian Army on Felor before her Pride has been given the honour to be selected to join the Polarian Military.
Lt Juniour Dane Brade
Enhancer (Actor: Byron)
Race: Polarian
Dane is a Psionic investigator.
Brief Background:
Serving in Psi-Corps a specialist division of the Polarian Alliance. Danes have finally been given a promotion into command. But as part of that Command, Polarian Military has repositioned Dane to serve onboard the Intrepid.
Specialist Kroom
Defender (Actor: Silvereagle)
Race: Kreen
Skilled in protection and stealth. Kroom is also incredibly observant.
Brief Background:
Kroom has served for many years as a heardmaster on the Kreen Mothership the Quercus, overseeing the Kreen Saplings. Now chosen to join the Intrepid and look for a new home for the Kreen after their forest world burned to ashes.
Knight Loev Covis
Agitator (Actor: Woadan)
Race: Polarian
Loev is a skilled interrogator and religious guide.
Brief Background:
Loev has been knighted within the order of the Galactic Light after serving for most of his life within the inquisition of the order on Theopolis. Now promoted to serve and guide the souls of those aboard the Intrepid.

While the Intrepid was undergoing a scan of an unusual anomaly, a distortion their sensors picked up in space. Reports of items going missing across the ship have sent Specialist Bruuk on an investigation throughout the ship.
She soon learned that reports of noises has been heard on the ship itself. Speaking with Junior Lt. Jag who took it upon himself to take charge of the situation and soon the crew was on the hunt for a suspected stowaway!
Meanwhile, Ensign Harris, picks up what seems to be a distress signal coming from the anomaly. Acting Captain Brade orders a thorough analysis of the situation.
Loev Covis manages to clear the signal with the assistance of Ensign Harris and they hear that is indeed a distress signal. But it is identifying itself as the Intrepid stuck in some kind of temporal stasis due to a fault from their Starfall drive.
Believing that a burst of solar/plasma energy would give the vessel Starfall a burst and allow it to correct the problem.
Jag and Kroom work together to devise a to use reflect the energy from their system towards the anomaly in a focused beam. On completion, the anomaly fades and the mission is a success. Leaving the question of when will the Intrepid be stuck in a temporal distortion? and how did they get in that predicament!
