Your Avatar in the Nexus is defined by 10 Core Statistics from the Pegasus Engine. These represent your physical, mental, and social capabilities—and every one of them can determine your success or failure within the Nexus.
You have 5 stat increases to assign however you wish.
Distribute them strategically—your choices will shape your Avatar’s strengths and weaknesses throughout every CORE World of the Nexus.
Once your Avatar is created, these statistics are permanent, forming the foundation of your character across all adventures. Choose wisely.
Your Statistics determine which dice you roll during challenges and affect what options or hidden paths you can unlock during play.
When performing an action that requires a dice roll, your Dice Pool consists of:
The Statistic relevant to the task.
Plus any Bonus Dice from gear, perks, abilities, or companions.

During character creation, an Avatar cannot exceed Level 5 (D12).
However, once inside the Nexus, you can invest Character Development Points (CDP) to enhance stats beyond Level 5, unlocking new tiers of potential.
Remember: your Statistics define not just how you act—but who your Avatar becomes.
