Before there were gods, before the lands had names, before the stars themselves were fixed in the heavens—there were dragons.
Dragons are not mere beasts or arcane anomalies. They are primordial forces, living metaphors given flesh and fire. In the cosmology of LōR, they are believed to be the first intelligences, forged from the raw essences of creation by the Titans, or perhaps even pre-dating them. Where mortals speak of gods, dragons dream of origins. Their lifespans are measured not in centuries, but in epochs, and their memories reach back to the Founding Fires—a time when the world was still cooling, and magic flowed unbound across a shapeless, molten landscape.

Deep within the shattered halls of the Sapphire Spire Library, past the whispering shelves and dust-choked echoes of forgotten truths, a hidden vault has groaned open. The first embers of the Drákonomicon: The Eternal Lore of Dragons now stir once more…
Scattered across marble floors cracked by time and tremors, fragments of pages glint with draconic runes—shifting, elusive, waiting to be restored. Murals of dragons long believed to be myth flicker with celestial light beneath layers of moss and memory.
The CORE Structure of the tome is beginning to emerge. Already, shapes of knowledge form:
Flights of ancient wyrms…
Secret cults and radiant orders…
Prophecies coiled in ink and flame…
But much remains lost in the dust and the silence.
Soon, Key Unlocks will be revealed—rituals to recover entire chapters, summon forgotten names, and seal truths once banished by fire and time.
“Beware,” whispers a voice in the ruins.
“Knowledge is hoarded like gold. And some dragons never forget what was stolen…”
Prepare to awaken the legends—the Drákonomicon is stirring!
